All candles and soaps are non-returnable unless in the case of defect. If you receive a product that you feel is defective (cracked candle jar, melted candle or crumbled soap), please contact us ASAP. We will ask you to please provide us with a photo of the defective product and packaging. You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your item. Refunds will not be given after this time.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds or exchanges in cases where you simply do not like the scent of the item that you purchased.
